After I turned 40 I started to realize that if I did NOT take better care of my body, AND our environment, that I may not be around that long and worse yet……what kind of a world would be left for my grandchildren? If I want to be reckless with my own life, well I guess that is one thing but to be reckless with the future of generations to come, that is an entirely different subject!
So I started to evaluate my life and the way I live it. You know how they say knowledge can be a dangerous thing? That definitely applies here!! As I began to learn about the things I was putting into my body and the things I was using to clean in and around my house I actually started getting a bit scared and as more knowledge flooded into my head the more uneasy I grew!
And here we are! I am in process of converting my home and my entire life over to a more organic,nontoxic,all natural ( as possible) and eco-friendly environment! I do not know it all…..I am a work in progress and as you know when you learn you continue to grow and change. I plan on learning and changing continuosly through this process and hope that I can give onformation here that you, at least, will find interesting if not helpful! And please….feel free to comment!
